As Bandura (1963) has already explained, individuals develop their personality by continually learning from their social environment (cf. Bandura, & Walters, 1963).

Inspiration – new ideas – flow

Inspiration is a very important and interesting subject area. What inspires us? When are we inspired and what feeling of happiness does this trigger in us? A new idea is an exciting thing – it stirs in us a keen interest in the unknown and at the same time we test to see whether it’s an idea that could be realized and put into practice.

Relax and simplify

In all aspects of our fast-moving, ever-changing and therefore challenging times, it is becoming increasingly important to create clarity with regard to one’s own work strategies. Simply functioning and investing ever more time in your work in order to meet the expected requirements will not lead to success in the long run.
